You enter a spacious common hall equipped with a washing machine. On the left side of the hall is the door to the accommodation. From the hall you walk into the living and dining room equipped with a smart TV, (sleeping) sofa and a spacious dining table with four luxurious chairs.

Adjacent to the living room is an open kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, combination oven, coffee maker (Senseo) and kettle. The first coffee pods including sugar and milk are available in the house.

The bedroom is located at the back of the accommodation and has a king-size box spring. All beds will have linens provided upon arrival. Adjacent to the bedroom is a luxurious bathroom equipped with a sink, mirror with LED lighting, a rain shower and toilet.

There will be a towel package ready for each guest upon arrival consisting of a towel, a guest towel and a bath mat. The size of this package will be adjusted according to the length of stay.

Finally, at the house front is a small garden that you can use.

The living room with sofa bed is located at the front of the accommodation, near the entertainment area. It is possible to experience noise pollution from this.

Parking:
- There is paid parking Monday through Sunday from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm. You may park as long as you like for €3.00 per hour.

- At parking garage the Bomstraat (about 3 minutes walk) Rate: €1.50 per hour and night rate: €2 per night*

- You can park for free on the street at several streets, such as van Panhuysstraat (15-minute walk), Dahlia Street, Iris Square and Akerwinde (17-minute walk).

- You can also park in the Wantveld parking lot (about 15 minutes walk from the accommodation). Cost of a day ticket on the Wantveld: 1 April - 30 September | € 15.00 per day and between 1 October - 31 March | € 10.00 per day*.
