You enter a spacious common hall. On the third floor is the door to the accommodation. From the hall you walk into the living and dining room which is equipped with a smart TV, a corner sofa and a spacious dining table equipped with six chairs. The sunny balcony can be accessed from the living room.

Adjacent to the living room is an open kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, combination oven, coffee maker (Senseo) and kettle. The first coffee pods including sugar and milk are available in the house.

The bedrooms are located on the fourth floor of the accommodation. The master bedroom has a king-size box spring. The second bedroom has a bunk bed. All rooms have storage and a mirror. All beds will have linens provided upon arrival.

Also located upstairs is a luxury bathroom equipped with a sink, mirror with LED lighting, a rain shower and toilet.

There will be a towel package ready for each guest upon arrival consisting of a towel, a guest towel and a bath mat. The size of this package will be adjusted according to the length of stay.

Parking: There is possibility to reserve a private parking space for €15 per day. This must be reserved and paid for prior to the stay.
